SES RFID is pleased to announce that SES RFID Solutions GmbH (Germany) has acquired SES RFID Solutions Asia Company Ltd. (Taiwan), creating a single unified global company effective from 2026.
This milestone brings together our expertise, operations, technologies, and customer support capabilities under one organization, enabling SES RFID to operate more efficiently and respond more quickly to customer needs worldwide.
The integration also marks a leadership transition. Following the retirement of SES founder and former CEO Martin Scattergood, Shao Lun Liaw has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and will lead the unified company into its next phase of growth.
