By capturing accurate internal temperature data throughout the entire testing cycle, engineers can optimize tire design, validate experimental rubber materials, and prevent catastrophic failures.
A Battery-Free, Passive Solution
Unlike traditional monitoring systems that rely on heavy, maintenance-prone built-in batteries, the WIRETX tag is completely passive. It draws its power directly from the standard RAIN RFID UHF reader environment during scanning. This approach delivers key operational advantages for development labs:

- Vulcanization Survival: Built to survive deep embedding inside the tire carcass during production, safely withstanding curing temperatures up to 200°C.
