We collect limited business information — including names, email addresses, company details and inquiry-related communication — solely for technical consultation, customer communication, quotation handling and contract fulfillment.
As a specialist RFID and fingerprint technology manufacturer, SES treats all customer technical specifications, project information, commercial discussions and application requirements as strictly confidential.
Technical Data Handling & Secure Operations
Our RFID transponders are designed primarily for industrial, infrastructure, logistics, asset management and secure identity applications. They do not typically store end-user personal data unless a customer-specific project explicitly requires a defined secure data structure.
Data exchanged between our Düsseldorf headquarters and Taichung engineering and manufacturing facilities is protected through secure, encrypted enterprise systems and controlled internal access procedures.
SES uses collected information only for legitimate business purposes, including technical evaluation, engineering support, production coordination, order processing and after-sales communication.
We do not sell personal or business data to third parties. Access to customer information is restricted to authorized SES personnel and trusted operational partners where necessary for project execution, logistics or legal compliance.
